God showed me something a couple of nights ago. That would be 2 nights ago. Ruth and I were having this conversation in church just now and she was saying people need to learn that a couple means two.


A pair of feet was walking on a beach right at the water's edge. Each foot caused a depression. As the waves came, they washed the footprints away bit by bit.


I think 1 thing I have learnt as a Christian is that God does fully intend to do His good work in our lives. However, many a time, the waves of life from our carnal nature and the devil will wash the marks God leaves upon our lives away.


We need to desire and endeavour to make the prints stay. This may mean digging in deeper, it may mean walking back on that same print to ensure it stays and does not get washed away with each wave, it could also mean training others to walk the same path such that they make the same prints and soon, the wave of print-makers will outnumber the waves.


Press on.. life may be tough, things will never go your way 100%... but I know my God is faithful and true.
