You know what would be nice right now? Hawker food. Nasi lemak wrapped up in banana leaves with that fish that you can never get here, the brown fried noodles with fish cake & lap cheong, hay mee, mee pok tar, hokkien mee... YUM.... fresh chin chow.... ice jelly.. that would be very nice. Sadly enough, none of these are available here in Melbourne. Oh yes, please throw in my prata and my fresh guava juice.


I think 1 thing I am learning these days is how to take things in your stride. You can't control people, you can't always have what you want. So guess what? You just have to live with it and trust that God has the outcome of everything in the palm of His hand. Easier said than done. Even in terms of the church. Trust me, it's so true. A lot of things in this life I cannot guarantee, but there is 1 thing I can. People are definitely going to rub you up the wrong way, people are going to do things to you that you do not like. But I think I am learning there's no point in getting frustrated anymore. Yeah, you might bristle at that point in time, but there's no use holding onto it. Letting things go to God is the only way. Not losing your temper and flaring up.
