Make My Life A Sacrifice
Let's see. Yesterday it was so hot that I actually vacuumed my car cos the heat was so unbearable that I couldn't study. The car has become a nice place to hang out in cos the car has air-con. Yesterday, I asked Ruth for an air-con for Christmas. I told her I would prefer that over the black labby that I have been asking for. She told me I tell her that every time Christmas comes around.
The heat is still on today. Well, at least my clothes are nice and dry. I just have to take them down from the line.
Went to Harvest for service yesterday. I really enjoyed it though we missed most of praise and worship. It was a good sermon. Talked about people in your life. Then we went to the Glen for lunch, went to Rock Kung. Then we went for gelato. That place was PACKED yesterday. Shared green tea, green apple and pistachio gelati with Ian. Haha.. it was all green.
Came home.. did laundry.. cleaned my room.. napped for 30 mins.. studied... talked to Ruth.... took the fans out from the garage... washed the fans... sat in front of the fans.. decided to go to the Glen again for core team meeting cos the restaurants at the Glen have air-con. Picked Ian up... he was so thankful for the air-con in the car.. went to Pescare.. nice music.. but food not so nice....
That was yesterday... Melbourne Cup Day... where Makybe Diva became the first horse to win the cup 3 times. It was Deepavali back home as well.
Today it's back to the slaugterhouse and to STUDY....
And it's a scorching 32 degrees and summer isn't even here yet!
